Dr. Nino is the most thorough, conscientious, caring rheumatologist I have found. She recognizes that autoimmune conditions are complex, and the pain isn’t just fibromyalgia. She tries to find the reason for the problem and treat that. She also looks at the whole picture, not just bloodwork, and addresses lifestyle/nutritional issues and other medical conditions that may be playing a role in pain. She works closely with my other doctors to make sure everything is covered
