Background & Training
Adam Rosenberg, PA-C earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from SUNY University at Buffalo, where he also served as a volunteer EMT. He went on to receive his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College.
Clinical Focus
Adam has specialized experience in orthopedic spine conditions, including both conservative and surgical management, as well as in headache and complex chronic pain. At Manhattan Pain Medicine, he is closely involved in evaluating musculoskeletal and spine-related pain, helping distinguish between different pain patterns, including spinal and sympathetic pain.
Role at MPM
Adam often conducts foundational intake visits for patients entering complex clinical pathways, including hypermobility, headache, and autonomic dysfunction. During these visits, he gathers a detailed pain history, reviews prior records, coordinates imaging, and helps prepare the clinical groundwork for a focused physician consultation.
He also supports patient care through follow-ups, documentation, and performs procedures such as nerve blocks, prolotherapy, joint injections, trigger point injections, Botox, and manages spinal cord stimulator trial care.

Adam helps patients begin care with structure, clarity, and a detailed clinical foundation, so the broader team can move more efficiently toward diagnosis and treatment.
